Windows 10: Ads in bottom right corner of the screen

The bottom right of the screen - how to prevent popup ads, other than just clicking the X to clear them off when they appear?

I am suddenly getting ads in the lower right hand corner of my screen. How do I get rid of them?

 

Upper right corner lag.

And the hotfix too, 10.12a over it as well?
sorry you may did but i no idea, so step by step.

And just make it clear;
your lag is the mouse arow in the corner/
if yes;
do you use samthing on sidebar?
if yes try to switch off and see...

I suggest you to check if the following steps helps to resolve the issue.

• Right click on the Windows key and Go to control panel.
• On the upper right corner change the view by to small icon.
• Click on mouse.
• Then click on ‘wheel’ tab.
• Set the values for horizontal and vertical scrolling.

and see if it helps to resolve the issue.
