Windows 10: Ads on premium version of Minesweeper.

Hi there, I keep getting ads on my premium version of Minesweeper. I've already contacted Xbox but have been told this is Microsoft's problem. This problem has just occurred suddenly and no matter what I do, like uninstalling the product and doing a store reset and pressing the upgrade to the premium version which I already own which Microsoft acknowledges during this whole process, the ads will not disappear. I do not have this problem on any of the other premium games I have purchased so what is the problem?

Minesweeper Premium issue

Hi,

I've recently upgraded Minesweeper to the Premium version. Right after the upgrade, Minesweeper started freezing on me, then abruptly closing down while playing in Adventure. I thought the behavior was random, but it seems to happen every time the Windows
location icon flashes in the notification area of the taskbar. Every time Windows checks my location, Minesweeper will crash.

Other than turning off the location service, any suggestions on resolving this annoying issue?

Microsoft Minesweeper premium crashing

Microsoft Minesweeper premium continually keeps crashing. I've reset the app along with terminating it and it still keeps crashing.

I paid for the premium version and I have not been able to play the game.

So I saw another "ticket" about this issue back in march, but it is locked and I can't comment on it. But on my minesweeper, every now and then I get the ads, which is no issue, but starting yesterday whenever the ad for "Jewels of Rome" plays, at the
end of the timer the "close" button at the top right is just and "X" and does absolutely nothing. I tried both steps in that other post from march about resetting the app, and uninstalling and reinstalling. Neither worked. And the only way for me to get around
this issue, is to close the app, and reopen it, but the ad tends to come back a game later, so Im having to close and reopen the app every game attempt. Is there any other way that I can "complete" this ad so the script recognizes I have watched the ad and
let me get back onto playing?
