Windows 10: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - Display - 26.20.12028.2 windows update crushes my pc

I have an HP pavilion 15 with Radeon graphics and when the following windows update "Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - Display - 26.20.12028.2" installs my entire laptop freezes and I have to go restore it using the restore point I created after formatting my pc because I was stuck at boot loop due to the same update problem

I can't seem to stop the update as I have to update the system anyways is there any solution to stop only this update or anything...am tired of restoring after every update please help
