    Window header background color on Windows 10 is white.

    You can switch to a High Contrast theme to do this, but yes the default colorization option is any shade of that exact shade of white. It is also possible to use the "fake Aero theme" trick for now to get colorized title bars. That's a third party ...
    trick that involves pretending that the Aero theme isn't the Aero theme. It's kinda fundamentally flawed, but is the only way I'm aware of to get colorized title bars at this point outside of the High Contrast themes.
