Windows 10: after 1809 update i can't adjust windows 10 brightness after waking up

after last update when my laptop wakes up screen is dim and i can't change it till i restart pc

and even after i restart my laptop it comes with dim screen also and i should after that edit it

when shall microsoft fix this bug

laptop won't sleep can't adjust brightness

Also, follow the steps provided below and check if you are able to adjust the brightness.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
