Windows 10: After 1909 cant exclusive full screen games anymore

Am i missing something? I noticed my games no longer run with exclusive fullscreen - they act as if they are borderless fullscreen - please any tips?

Unable to Remove Exclusions from Windows Defender

This issue could occur if the your playing a game at a different resolution than the desktop resolution.

You can install Windows 8/8.1 drivers in compatibility mode from Manufacturer's website, if there are no Windows 10 compatible drivers.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
