    Infinite Reboot Loop

Had Windows 7 installed, upgraded to Windows 10.

Worked well & following a Microsoft update it went into an infinite reboot loop.

Tried to re-install 10 but no joy so wiped & tried Windows 7. I still have the infinite reboot loop.

When I do a clean install it goes through & works but then starts with the loop.

I tried to use repair but no joy.

I can boot using Safe Mode in 7.

I deleted some of the partitions before doing a clean install.

Any thoughts and help much appreciated.

  3. Money 2004 upgraded to Silverlight (Money Plus)

I did the free upgrade from Money 2004 to Money Plus after I rec'd the free upgrade from Windows 7 to 10. This upgrade works fine but it is very slow. I purchase a new 2-1 lap top that came with Windows 10 and I loaded my Money 2004 on it, which I was
able to do, but I wasn't able to back up the data because it kept asking me for a password which I never set up. I then updated to Money plus and I am able to load back up to it, but again it is very slow. Any suggestions to overcome this situation?

    Windows 10 infinite reboot

    Hello,

The issue might have corrupted the system due to aborting the reset process before completing on the computer. For us to better isolate and identify this issue, kindly try the steps below:

    • Please remove all the external device connected to the computer and check if reboot loop stops.
    • Disconnect all non-essential devices that might attached to your computer, Windows setup might be trying to detect them.
    • If you are connected to a network, disconnect this also.

We also suggest that you start your PC in safe mode, refer to Frederik Long's post from this thread.

Let us know if performing it makes any difference.
