Windows 10: AFTER 21H1 FOR X64 SYSTEMS

As the subject says, after the update the computer is very slow and certain programs will not run, I performed a reset of my computer thinking possible virus, unaware of this update and issues. After the reset the computer ran just like new,. But right after windows performed the update again I have he same problemI am not getting the patch update that is supposed to be out that supposed to fix this, any help with this would be appreciated. Very Frustrating.

I ended up having to use the nuclear option and restore my computer using a System Image Backup. I downloaded the updates from the catalog as suggested and tried installing them one
at a time. Installing the updates manually, I have determined that the Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3081441) is my issue as the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3081444) installed correctly.

So I am officially stuck. I have tried the steps you suggested to resolve this issue without success. Further assistance would be greatly appreciated.

 

System Shock 2 and Windows 7 x64? HD textures perhaps.

Are there any definitive how-to guides to get SYSTEM SHOCK 2 to work on Windows 7 x64 operating systems? I knew of one for Vista x64 which I watched something about on YouTube. This was a few years ago.
Any suggestions or links? Haven't played this game in a very long time.

Method 1: I suggest you to
run System Maintenance troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue.

Follow the steps below to run System Maintenance troubleshooter:

• Press Windows key + S.
• Type Troubleshooter in the Search box and hit enter.
• Select System and Security.
• Select System Maintenance under System options.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
  

If issue persist, I suggest you to try method 2.

Method 2: Safe Mode.

To start your system in safe mode follow the below steps:

• Press and hold Shift key and
  restart your Computer.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Select Advance Option.
• Select Startup Repair.
• Follow the on Screen instruction.
