Windows 10: After automatic Windows Update, got a Kernal Mode Heap Corruption BSOD

Good day!


After an automatic Windows Update yesterday, today I got a Kernal Mode Heap Corruption BSOD. At the Blue Screen moment there was just MSWord open and I was navigating the web on Firefox.


I have a HP ENVY Phoenix H9 PC model H9 1350

3 years ago I upgrade the graphics car to a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

When I got the BSOD I checked through Device Manager for Graphics Drivers updates but it reported there were none.

From my research on the web I think the next step is that I need someone to take a look at my minidump. In that path there are only two files one from Nov 11 2019, and one from today that is only 836kb.

Kernal Mode Heap BSOD

I have been having repeated BSODs for Kernal Mode Heap Coruption

kernal mode heap corruption fix?

hello, twice now the computer had to restart and I got a message: Kernal Mode Heap Corruption. How do I fix this?

 

BSOD Kernal Mode Heap Corruption

Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview Version 2004 Build 20190

BSOD "Kernal Mode Heap Corruption" only happens when I try to connect to another PC with TeamViewer Free

or trying to open a link to a Discover Card Payment from an Outlook email.

I can use the PC for all other functions with no problems.

That includes opening all emails, their attachments and links; using any Browser for any job.

It only fails with these 2.

The Even Viewer shows :

"A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013.

The SSPI client process is svchost (PID: 12484)."

numerous times; every time the BSOD occurs AND many other instances, even when the PC is idle at night.

The PID values change.

So far

All updates have been done

Scanned for malware. I use Malwarebytes Pro.

All Drivers are Updated

Ran all DISM /Online Cleanup-..... commands;

Uninstalled a number of graphics programs I'm not using.

I saw one Registry change that was suggested but when I went to the key, couldn't firure out what was suggested.

This is sort of my last resort without having to try with a reset or clean install.
