Windows 10: After creating new account, Windows 10 Store disappeared

I was having issues in my original Windows Account where I was unable to use the search bar, windows button, or store, so I got advice to create a new account on my computer. I did, and the search bar and windows button now work. I copied my files from my old account to my new one, but I do not have the Windows 10 Store. When I try to download something, it says I need a new app: ms_windows_store.

If this helps, under This PC > OS (C > Users, I was able to see that under my new account, there are 6,000 less files even though I copied and pasted them all.

So my question is twofold, how do I get Windows 10 Store back, and when can I delete the files from my old account (I just doubled everything).

Unable to download apps from Windows Store

I created a new Microsoft account for the store and when I try to get a new app, I click on my account and it goes to a blank grey page and does not log me in. Then the page disappears back to the store. It does this every time I click on the button.

Metro apps not working for some users (Windows 10)

I recently installed Windows 10 on my desktop. Then I created some user accounts for my family and everything was fine until I found some app icons disappeared from the taskbar and apps stopped working for these user accounts. Including the Windows store,
mail and news. All users are administrators and all but one have Microsoft accounts.
