After December 19, 2018—KB4483234 (OS Build 17134.472) Update my computer started working much more slowly. I can notice that on my fps and frame drops please help.

Can not update to the December 12, 2017—KB4054517 (OS Build 16299.125) update.

FWIW...

At least MS has now acknowledged this issue: "Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release."

Might I suggest you simply build a computer, making notes and taking pictures step by step. Most people (probably including your teacher) have no idea even where to start building a computer. You'll do fine, and if you get stuck we're here to help ya out! *Toast :toast:
