After deleting a account there is still appdata

After I deleted my account because I wanted to get rid of some GB and creating a new one there was in C: still some data left which is appdata. So my question is: How or can I delet them? Also I need to mention that I have done this twice. When I klick on them there is also a file named NTUSER.DAT. And when I klick on AppData there are 3 folders which are named Local, LocalLow and Roaming. Another thing I have found where some defaultusers, can I also delet them?

    :)
