  1. After getting out of loop

Hi! So last december my laptop(Acer Aspire E15 E5-576g) had been stuck on automatic repair loop and i was able fix it through windows recovery tool and clean installing my laptop(erased all files), before the loop i was having issue with my laptop it randomly shuts down without error/message from time to time but after the loop it made the problem worse like it kinda happens 2 or 3 a day but i was able to fix it by lowering my maximum processor state from 100% to 80%. After that windows prompted to update to 1803 which i did after the update i get another random shutdown. Should i be looking for a hardware problem or a software? or both? (side question, i removed my warranty sticker because i was about to upgrade my ram, did i stupidly voided my warranty?)

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
