Windows 10: after installing google chrome my taskbar and desktop flickers

hey guys . I'm using windows 10 latest version . after installing google chrome my taskbar and desktop flickers. I've uninstalled chrome and restarted my laptop . that time some cmd command maybe two lines of command showed when the defender yet configuring .and after that again flickering . I need help . please . am I being hacked ? .please help

How to pin Google Chrome backk to Taskbar after reset on Windows 10?

Do let us know the following to assist you better:

• How have you performed reset on your computer?
• Were you able to find Google Chrome in Start menu under All apps?
• Is this issue confined only with Google Chrome?

Please be informed when you perform Reset on your computer by selecting Keep my files, all the applications and updates installed on your computer will be removed you will have to download reinstall all those.

Step 1: If you are able find the Google Chrome
in Start menu under All apps, right-click on
Google Chrome, click on More and on Pin to Taskbar.

Step 2: If reset has uninstalled the application, try to download Google Chrome from the below link using Internet Explorer

https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html

Later follow Step 1 to pin it to Taskbar

problem uninstalling google chrome

Since you already uninstalled Google Chrome using the Programs and Features, Google notifications may still be running in the background processes. We suggest that you follow these steps on how to end the Google Chrome process:

• On your keyboard, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
• Select Task Manager.
• Under Processes, locate Google Notifications or Google Chrome.
• Right click on them and select End Task.
• Double check under Programs and Features if Google Chrome is completely gone.

• Open Internet explorer and type ‘www.google.com’ in the address bar.
• To will get a notification on the right side of the browser to download and install Google Chrome.
• Click on the notification and follow the prompts to download and install the Google Chrome application.
