Windows 10: After New Mother Board Windows 11 Still Starts Slow

Prior to getting a new mother board Windows 11 would take 5-10 minutes to startup.I had a optional update to update the bios which bricked my pc.Had a new mother board put in.The pc starts, but just like before, take about 5 minutes to start up and shut down.I do have a cumulative update ready but apparently not necessary because Windows 11 is telling me I'm up to date but the update stil shows.2023-03 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5023778 is available.Any ideas what to di next to try to remedy this?Should I install the cumulative update??Thank

New Mother Board Problems With Windows 11

I had a problem with a power supply which zapped my motherboard. I got the new mother board setup, all the drives, memory and such setup and was able to get the system booted.

The mother board is an ASUS ROD STRIX Z590E. In order to boot I had to setup the CMOS for Boot Compatibility Mode so I could boot the MBR drive, which worked but now the onboard HDMI won't work.

I checked on Tom's hardware and see someone else had the same problem. The solution is to convert the MBR drive to GPT.

I already made an image of the drive, but I am not able to clone the drive.

I'm just wondering what the best way is to do this conversion. Does Windows 11 have a converting app?

 

Upgrading to a new mother board

I purchased a prebuilt gaming PC.. I am going to be upgrading to a RTX 2080ti and adding more ram to it. eventually I am going to Dual 2080ti but my motherboard only supports 1 video card ASUS Prime B450. I am going to purchase a new mother board that supports
multiple GPU's. My question is.. will I have to purchase a whole new version of windows for the new mother board?
