I need your help , my Name is Ravi require support .


Problem - When trying to connect my office url using citrix which i am able to connect until the new windows updated on 23 July,

not able to connect. saying windows plug is not configured and i am getting some weird view results.


When i tried to uninstall the citrix reciever that also i am not able to do.



Will you please help me as i am not able to work from home and i have to seek my wife laptop and it is is becoming very difficult both of us working with the same laptop. Kindly help

App on Citrix receiver not displaying properly since upgrade to Windows 10

• Did you update the Citrix App after upgrading to Windows 10?

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps:

• Check for latest update of Citrix App on Windows Store.
• Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps.

Citrix cannot connect to Server After Windows 10 Creators Update

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 creators update and after that my citrix is not able to connect to server. I am using receiver 4.6. Please suggest me solution.
