  1. After update Network Adapter code 10

Alright so I'm at my wits end. I updated to the dreaded 1903 without reading what others had to say about it and now I sorely regret it. I rely on my internet to function to work and now I'm getting a code 10 with my Intel Ethernet 1219-v driver. I've pinged local host and lost no packets so I'm assuming it isn't hardware related. I've tried resetting the network adapters, troubleshooting everything and tried to even uninstall it and download a better one from the Asus site. It turns out, I can't even uninstall the driver. It goes right back to the corrupted or outdated one even with the new on on my pc and even when I go to install the new one.

    Help! Please!

Thank you and let me know if more information is needed.

    Mobo: Azus z170-a

    Malfunctioning driver: Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) 1219-V version 12.17.10.8

(I read up that this driver won't work with the update since intel needs 20.0 or higher and the new one I'm trying to install is 22.4.16.0)

    :)
