Windows 10: After update pc freezes

After I uploaded my windows yesterday my computer has been freezing with the first 30 minutes I press the power button. Any idea how to stop it?

Windows 10 keep freezing after Creator's update

We appreciate the information you've provided. We suggest updating your computer to the latest build of Version 1607. There have been 3 updates meant to improve your system's performance since build version 14393.1198. To install the latest updates, follow
these steps:

• Click Start.
• Type Settings and press Enter.
• Click Update & Security.
• Click Check for updates.
• Click Install.

Windows Creator Update Freezes Some Programs when typing

Thanks for the reply. Since the Creator's Update is giving you some issues, we suggest reverting back to the previous update. Here are the steps:

• Open Settings window.
• Click Update and Security, then Recovery.
• Select Get Started, under Go back section.

Once done, it will restart your PC. After the restart, please do check if you'll still experience freeze moments on any programs you are working on.

ShutDown Freezes After Updating KIS

Hello.

After updating to the latest version of Kaspersky Internet Security and Zemana AntiMalwarre, when I try to shutdown the PC it freezes at "Stopping Services" white type against a blue background.

Any suggestions as to how to solve this will be most appreciated.
