Windows 10: After update, stuck in reboot loop, but won't load windows at all

My son shut his computer down, as it said it needed to restart for an update. Well, then the computer just started to restart continuously. It would go to the motherboard screen/bios screen, and then a blinking cursor, and then shut down, and then do it over, and over, and over again. I created a boot usb, and tried to fix the boot system, but it gives errors. So, I installed windows on his terabyte drive. I can log in there, and access the windows folders on his solid state drive, where the original windows is. Is there a way to fix this? He is pretty frustrated, as this is his gaming computer.

As the title says, my nephews PC is stuck in the Reboot "failed to configure updates" loop. Safe mode DOESNT help, it just keeps looping. anyone have a Solution for this?

Stuck in Reboot loop after power cut

We understand your concern and appreciate the time and effort that you have invested in to fix the issue.

Before we proceed, I would like you to state which troubleshooting steps have you performed bedsides the mentioned to fix the issue.

As per the description, I suspect that you might be stuck in a reboot loop. I suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if it helps

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system
