Windows 10: After update windows shows me 2 same option to continue, with a blue screen it shows...

Hello I am Amit .Recently one month ago i bought a new laptop hp 15s-frtxxx with Windows 11, but in 2 days later a update show in my windows update so i update i restart my pc but it shows me 2 same option to continue, with a blue screen it shows windows 11 volume 3 and windows option repeated when i restart or open my laptop.i also check in system configuration in the boot it shows 2 windows and i delete the 2nd windows which added after i updated but it shows me again,when i set the startup selection normal startup to selective startup then it will not show 2nd windows options please he

Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well
