Windows 10: After updating some drivers my pc boots up into a black screen and I can't access windows

Like I said I updated some drivers on my PC and after restarting it booted up into a black screen with a 99 in the bottom right corner. From my research this is a motherboard error. I would go through bios but I can't get past the black screen and Windows Safe Mode isn't working either. I've tried resetting the motherboards CMOS battery, didn't work. It's not the HDMI or anything else physical I don't think, since the PC had been running fine for years before. Only thing that changed was software wise. These are my specks:CPU: AMD A4-5300 3.4 GHz Dual-Core Processor Memory: Kingston KVR16

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

They, also, have some other options there, too.
Google search and you will find a lot of the "Windows Black Screen of Death with cursor" fixes.

I have done all this things excempt using another psu because i dont have it but nothing change.
The thing im sure right now is that for some reason evene on fresh install windows detect it as vga standard and not hd 7900 series in the first place .
Only after driver signature see the gpu as hd 7900 series but after reboot and windows logo star up the screen goes black and the monitor turn off like as the gpu turn itself off .

I understand that after upgrading the graphics drivers, you are receiving a Black screen. I’ll certainly assist
you with the issue.



However, please let us know:

• 
  When exactly do you see a black screen?
  

• 
  Are you able to boot the computer to the login in screen?
  
• 
  What is the make and model of the computer?
  

I suggest you to try refreshing the graphics driver by using the key sequence
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B and see if that helps.



I would suggest you to try booting the computer into Safe Mode and try disabling the display driver. Refer
the article on Start
your PC in safe mode in Windows 10.



After booting the computer to Safe Mode, refer the steps mentioned below:

1. 
   Press
   Windows logo key + X, and select Device Manager.
   
2. 
   Expand
   Display Adapters.
   
3. 
   Right click on the
   Display driver and select Disable device.
   
4. 
   Restart the computer.
   

If this allows you to boot the computer to normal mode, try uninstalling the driver.
To do this, refer the steps mentioned below:

1. 
   Press
   Windows logo key + X, and select Device Manager.
   
2. 
   Expand
   Display Adapters.
   
3. 
   Right click on the
   Display driver and select Uninstall.
   
4. 
   Restart the computer.
