    the Wins is used in my the only one Desktop computer.

    After upgrading to Wins 10 v1809 by you under case no.
    1449962672, the following errors/bugs appeared:

    A File Explorer
    See in the Safety Section of the Property for the Drive C, D and G.
    Per attacments 6 to 8a


    B Informaion Notification
    Notice that there were the nos. 1, 2, but opened,
    there are blank.
    Per attachments 5


    C Network
    I set the Network is Private. As I have Virus Scan, the Firewall is controlled by virus scan.
    But after restart computer, the Firewall changed to be controlled by Windows Defender.
    The share configuration (setting) file explorer could be assessed (opened).

    D Windows Update
    Duplicate action done (under reviewed in your
    case no.1455714154).

    Grateful you would give me an advice.

    In such connection, am I safe to use the Windows.

    Video card or RAM need upgrading?

    Memtest: no errors after 10 hrs.
    I'm going to perform the Primetest, later on. Get back to you on that.
    I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.

    Can't upgrade from Win 8 to Win 10

    Jessen P -- Thanks for responding. I looked at the link you provided, but it just provides a small list of error codes and possible causes for the error. Didn't see any steps to take to resolve the issue. And none of the listed error codes are the
    same as the one I got 0x80070006-0x90016 when I tried to upgrade to win 10.
