    Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard in Windows 10

    Hi,

    One reason why your mouse and keyboard is not working is because of an outdated driver. We suggest that you update the mouse and keyboard driver by following the steps below:

    • Pres Windows+X key on your keyboard.
    • Select Device Manager.
    • Locate the mouse and keyboard drivers, right click, then click on Update.

    Unresponsive mouse and keyboard.

    OK, here's the anomaly, Win 10 loaded itself supposedly after all the driver checking and preparation etc. When I started the system the next day had a pretty picture of the surf from a cave and two large rocks in the water BUT the mouse and keyboard
    are unresponsive after BIOS boot. How do we fix or remove this without destroying everything on the hard drive?
