    After windows 10 install, the cd/dvd drive is mia


    Finished installation of Windows 10 on this pc this afternoon, and the only thing not right so far is that the CD/DVD drive does not show up under the drives under This Computer. It doesn't appear under Device Manager either. Any thoughts? Thanks!

    ps. no wonder I can't burn to a dvd!

    How many CD/DVD drives?

    Are the drives showing up in the Device Manager at all?

    Have a quick check and see if it's still listed in the Bios, and if it is jot down the make and model no, and are you a laptop or desktop PC. Thanks
