Windows 10: after windows 10 july update my camera stopped working

after the update of windows 10 in the month of july my camera shows black screen even though the green led is on

in zoom app it shows the camera is on but still the screen is black of my video

and in camera app it shows error 0xA00F4292<PhotoCaptureStartTimeout>


i would also like to mention that i tried to disable and enable the camera driver ,also updating the driver even uninstalling then installing it

pls help with a solution

RealSense 3D Camera stopped working after update failed to install

Just to clarify, does the camera stop working after updating to the recent Windows Update on your Windows 10? If so, we recommend that you uninstall this update from your computer and check if it will let the camera working again by performing the steps
below:

• Go to Settings.
• Select Update & Security.
• Choose Windows Update.
• Click Update history.
• Select Uninstall updates.
• Select the recent update you have on your computer, then click Uninstall.

Windows 10 camera Not Working

• Which are the apps you cannot uninstall?
• Which are the apps you cannot stop?

For the Camera app issue, I suggest you to uninstall the apps which came inbuilt with Windows 10 using Windows Powershell and reinstall using Windows Store. Follow the below steps:

• Open the Start menu, type Windows PowerShell in the
  search bar.
• Right click on the Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.
  
• Enter the below command to reinstall the Camera app.
  

get-appxpackage *Microsoft.WindowsCamera* | remove-appxpackage



After performing the above steps, install the Camera app form the Windows Store.
