Windows 10: After windows update of 3/21/2019 CorelDRAW graphics suite X6 will not open

After windows update of 3/21/2019 CorelDRAW graphics suite X6 will not open. It will come up on the home screen and then disappear.

CorelDRAW X 8 64 bit has stopped working, crashes when opening on windows 10

I am having the same problem. I didn't realize that there was a problem yesterday because I wasn't in CorelDraw all day. Today though I had plans to get some important graphic work done. I have performed the follwing:

• Tried to open CorelDraw X8 on Windows 10 while holding down F8 - didn't work.
• Tried uninstalling CorelDraw suite - wouldn't uninstall.
• Tried reinstalling CorelDraw and repair - still won't work.
• Uninstalled the the Windows 10 update that occurred on 4/21/2017 - CorelDraw still won't work.

So, I have tried everything. If an issue can't be found for this in short order I will simply switch all my operations to Adobe. I don't have time for this nonsense. Not having a good day right now and am pretty pissed off.

Glad to know that you are able to resolve the issue by reinstalling the software on the computer.

Regarding the issue with selecting the compatibility mode. As you are using a CD drive to install the CorelDraw X7 software. We to first open the CD drive content by following steps and then follow the steps provided in the previous post to install the software
in compatibility mode.

1. Open File Explorer.

2. Then right click on DVD/CD drive with CorelDraw X7 software.

3. Click on Open option.

4. Then right click on Setup program file from the list and follow the steps provided in the previous post to install the program in compatibility mode.

Note: As the issue seems to be resolved, so I suggest you to perform the steps if you face the issue again in future.

Can't install CorelDRAW X3 on Windows 10

Hi:

I am having the same problem. I have CorelDraw X3 Graphics Suite for my design business and just upgraded to a Windows 10 system. I went to install it and I get an error msg saying this version of CorelDraw isn't compatible with Windows 10. I can't afford
to upgrade my graphics software and my old system is toast so hoping you have some suggestions.
