    AGAIN- "preparing to configure windows do not turn off your computer" Windows 10, this has to be the worst OS!Day in day out nothing but trouble from this ms 10, and to think they are meant to be a world leader in tech! Daily, now, my pc takes 15mins to shut down and at least 10 to start. Had this months ago and only sorted it out by doing a re- install, advice from ms live when told them about media player not working. Another issue from the tech giant! Well that re-install took me days in finding all passwords, reloading browser and all the favourites. Thanks MS. Now this start and stop issu
