Windows 10: Age of Empire DE Black Screen and close automatically

Hello, I've got a problems with my games.
When i launch AoE : DE the game launch the blackscreen for launch the game and Nothing…
After 20 seconds the games closes and I'll be back to my desktop.
I've made the exclusion on the Windows Defenders, all my nvidia was updated, i've got the last Windows update too.

Age Of Empires The Age Of Kings Multiplayer Crash

This issue might happen if the Windows Firewall is blocking the game from connecting to the LAN.

I suggest you to add the Age of Empires the Age of Kings, to the exception list of the Windows Firewall and check if the issue is resolved.

Follow the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X key and select
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on View by in the top right panel and select Small Icons.
  
• 
  Find and click on Windows Firewall.
  
• 
  Click on Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall in the left panel.
  
• 
  Click on Change Settings, find and check the Age of Empires the Age of Kings box for both
  Public and Private Columns.
  
• 
  If Age of Empires the Age of Kings is not listed, then click on
  Add and select the installed path of the game.

Windows 10 Age of empires 2, small black screen and will not start

Thank you for the update.

When you use certain video cards, you may have problems when you repeatedly press ALT+TAB to switch between the Age of Empires II game and another program. We recommend that you do not use the ALT+TAB keyboard shortcut.

When you play the game, you might see blocky smoke or small black screen. To resolve this issue, lower Shader support. To do this, follow these steps:

• Start the game.
• Click Help and Tools, and then click Options.
• Click Graphics Settings.
• Set Shader to Low.
