Windows 10: Alex

Hello, My hp pc says restart is required until you update it, so I command it to update using windows 10 update activator. But after finishing it warns me the pc will restart in 30minutes and restart it. During restarting says hard disk fails and needs boot USB/CD drive. Now I boot my 16GB USB flash and connect to pc to boot my pc from USB drive. After I command it it loads for 1minute it blinks and displays blue screen with curser and at the left bottom displays 'Generation 2'
Now what shal I do, please help me!

Method 1: Hardware Troubleshoot.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with power. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Power.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
• Run the Power troubleshooter.
