Can't access windows Store, error code: 0x80131500

You may change the region in your Computer and check if you can access the Windows Store. Follow the below steps to change the region in your Computer:

  In the search box, enter Change region, then select
  Change your country or region.
  
• 
  Under Country or region, select your
  USA.
  
• 
  You can switch back to your original region at any time.
