  1. All accounts removed

Hi! Basically, I am having a problem. When I open my laptop it starts up then I click the screen normally then where you would put in password/pin, it said "something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again." I show this in one of the pics I uploaded. When I click Set up, my PIN. It turns off laptop, turns it on then shows the same. I booted into safe mode and tried resetting the pc and restore points but it didn't work. I went to command prompt and did Net User as a command which is showed in the 2nd pic I uploaded and when I did Net User, it showed that there were no accounts under administrator, guest or any other categories even after I put in my administrator password to enter administrator command prompt. I tried doing same mode option F4 in start up mode when it loaded up, it showed the same as before. It would be great if anyone can help me solve this. I think my account in net user being removed is causing the pin area to not work and the attempt to reset my laptop not working either. Thanks if you guys are able to help me!
