Windows 10: All icons are gone (everywhere)

Discus and support All icons are gone (everywhere) in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; Did you notice that the tutorial I gave you said you needed to Restart the computer to complete the process ?     Yes, I did restart the PC... But i never even got to deleted icon cache, it wasn't there to begin with.
