Windows 10: All my files say "The Parameter is Incorrect"

Hi there, recently I've been having this problem with all my files saying "The parameter is incorrect" whenever I try to open them. I don't know why this is happening, and I've tried using the SFC and CHKDSK in the Command Prompt and they didn't work. I've also tried scanning my computer with my anti-virus but it didn't pick anything up, and I don't know what caused this in the first place, so if I could get any help, I'd appreciate it a lot. and by the way, I tried adding a picture of the error but it won't let me edit out some of the details so I can't put it here :

im trying to full scan my windows 10 cuz its slow, but it says full protected, and when i scanned it it said the parameter was incorrect. whats a parameter and how is it incorrect? is my computer broken? what should i do and will it harm my computer?

Thanks for the suggestion, but no Excel installed (nor any plan to). Not sure how or if that would handle all subfolders, or how long the process would take, but I don't use Excel for anything, and can't see installing a bulky Office app on the system. The
other downside I think *may* exist, would be that I'd have to either export all the data to a file, else use Excel each time a search is required.

Looks like maybe I can use a batch job to build a list of all folders and subfolders, then independently list the files of interest within each folder into a single file. That should eliminate whatever causes the odd "parameter is incorrect" error.
