These issues have been around since first startup. Did a few new windows wipes and installs. Even tried windows 7. I will use something else for gaging cpu temps. I appreciate everyone's help so far.

Information Please download from this site only Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool in the middle of the page are the Download links, you can download the ISO.zip or the Auto USB Flash Drive installer.zip Extract the Zip file. If you chose the ISO image, burn it to a CD using Windows Disk Image Burner or any Image burner you may have. If you downloaded the Auto USB installer, extract it, insert your USB 2.0 Flash Drive and take note of the drive letter. Run the installer, select the Flash Drive Letter, check the format box and press next. It will install memtest86+ to a flash drive. You can use either V4.20 or V5.01. Boot from your selected media. If you use V5.01 it will tell you to press certain buttons at the start, please press no buttons. The test will begin on it's own and continue to run until you stop it. It needs to run for 8 complete passes or until you receive an error. If you receive an error, stop the test. Even 1 error is a fail. Each pass tests a different part of the ram and each of the 10 tests in each pass tests something different. It takes a minimum of 8 passes to completely test the ram, more passes are better. It is quite a long test and will take several hours depending on how much ram you have. Due to the time length it is best to run overnight. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask

It was also noticed on page two that the system saw my two ram sticks as different type sticks.

Do you want me to run the same mem86 test? Or is this different?

Would you go into your BIOS and give me the readings for the +12V, +5V and +3.3V as well as the CPU temp. Also, while in there, please look at you sata controller and notice the sata configuration mode (IDE, AHCI or RAID) and make a mental note of it. Set the BIOS to optimized defaults (F5 on most boards), set your sata mode back to what it is right now, make sure your Boot device is the same as it is right now, Save and exit without changing anything else. See how it runs from there.

Sorry I missed that part, or more than likely forgot it. Old age isn't good for remembering details. Don't run the memtest86+, it isn't necessary.

salemCBR, could I get you to download the most current driver from Amd (Download Drivers) and leave it on your desktop. Uninstall the current driver, and run the installer. First time through select uninstall which will hopefully get the remaining elements of the drivers removed. Then run the installer again and select the custom install option and only install the graphics driver. Please let me know if that helps any.

What brand Graphics card do you have and do you have a utility to read GPU Temps? I want you to run a GPU stress test but not without a very good GPU temp monitoring program.

Please download and install NirSoft DriverView :
Upload all third party drivers by using the following method

• Download and execute Driverview
• View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
• Edit > Select all
• File > Save Selected Items
• In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
• Zip the .txt file and upload it.

Also, please go to control panel > Category View > Uninstall a Program and Post a screenshot (https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1...en-forums.html) of all installed programs.

All of your dump files are still giving the same reason

Code: BugCheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff801e1ce493d, ffffd0004e72e918, ffffd0004e72e130} *** ERROR: Symbol file could not be found. Defaulted to export symbols for clipsp.sys - Probably caused by : memory_corruption Followup: memory_corruption
Also, please install HD Tune HD Tune website
Please post screenshots of the Smart Info
Attachment 80669

And a screenshot after you run a scan of the drive

Attachment 80670

Attachment 80670
I am using on board graphics with the motherboard. I don't know that I have a utility to read GPU temps.

Attached are the requested screen shots and such.

Started and error scan on the 2 TB hard drive through HD Tune, that's going to take ages though.

Did you once have Norton on your system? Please run the Norton Removal tool Uninstall your Norton product using Norton Removal Tool (NRT) You have a lot of symantec/Norton drivers in the system.

What CPU Monitoring tool are you using now? Speccy does not work right on AMD systems as Phone Man said.

Please go through the uninstall process again, but this time install the latest driver from HP for your model of computer. Also while there please download the Realtek Lan/network driver and install it. Please make sure they are Windows 10 drivers. What do you use Citrix Online Launcher for and where did you download it?

Those are much better temps than you were getting from Speccy. I think what you are seeing now is pretty accurate. About what it should be.
