Windows 10: All notification wakes my screen sleep

With the new update 1809 suddenly the screen wakes from screen sleep. Same thing happening still on build 17763.55

It turns on for few second then go back to sleep.All windows notification including alarm.I use Chrome and the new build is using windows 10 notification.Every mail is waking up the screen...

Some other people with same problem before after updating.

Thanks for your suggestion. I've tried it but Quiet Hours does not stop the screen from waking. I also had all notifications disabled for a while, which does stop the screen from waking, but this obv makes me miss notifications while I'm actively on the PC.

Any other ideas?

Does it only happen when waking up the computer from sleep?

To check for possible causes of this issue, we suggest you to run Power Troubleshooter. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key.
• Type Troubleshooting.
• On the left side, click View all.
• Click Power.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

If the issue still persists, you may update the Chipset driver from the device manufacturer.
