Windows 10: All printers off line, but appear on line (black, not greyed out) and neither of them will...

My Windows 10 updates loaded Friday night. Beginning Saturday morning, I can no longer print.


I have two printers:

• Dell H825cdw, connected via wireless
• Canon G3000 Series, also connected via wireless

I used both printers earlier last week with no issues. Saturday morning, every time I tried to print, I get the "error printing" message in my notifications. No notes about offline, out of paper, out of ink, etc. However, when I look in Control Panel, even though both printers are solid black, not grayed out, the status says offline at the bottom of the control panel window.


I tried reinstalling the Dell printer, but when searching for printers, the computer could not locate either the Dell or the Canon.


I then removed the Dell icon (uninstalling the printer) and tried using the Dell software to reinstall. The computer still can't find the printer.


I tried installing using cables instead of wireless...the computer still can't find the printer.


I've re-started, unplugged, replugged, turned off, turned on everything imaginable.


I'm at a loss!

Thank you for answering. The lines are fine grey lines - some vertical and mostly horizontal covering the entire screen. They last for several seconds but have been lasting longer each time they appear.

It is on a laptop, I have gone to device manager and found the monitor listed and updated, but it said I had the most current version of the driver. What else should I do, that has not helped?

there are black lines and a small grey spot on the screen of my mobile which appear only when the light of the screen is on and they re becoming longer by time How can i solve this problem and please explain to me what happened.

Screen on my laptop suddenly showing grey lines across the screen for a few seconds in Firefox browser and sometimes in mail. This is something new and suggestions? I run Windows 10 on my Dell Inspiron.
