All Websites Look Bigger on Windows 11

I got a new laptop, MSI GE Series - 17.3" 240 Hz IPS with Windows 11, which, as I noticed, display all websites at a larger scale, as if someone zoomed in to 125%. Though I didn't change any settings at all. Scale is set to 100% recommended. Display resolution is 1920x1080 recommended. It is basically the same laptop as I used to have, the only difference is that my old laptop had Windows 10 and the viewport was 1536x722. The viewport on the new one is 1334x647. I was wondering why it is happening and if it is affecting all machines that have Windows 11, or only those that are gaming lapto
