Windows 10: allowing a webpage through firewall

Discus and support allowing a webpage through firewall in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I am trying to access a webpage and do not know how to allow it through either my Chrome firewall or my Bitdefender.     I am trying to access a webpage and do not know how to allow it through either my Chrome firewall or my Bitdefender.

    Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.

    Windows Firewall - how to allow access

    I believe that my firewall is blocking access to Family Tree Maker / Ancestry / MacKiev SYNC - I can't see any reference to any of these names in the allowed list ....

    I can't see any way of adding to the allowed list

    Any suggestions ?

    I request you to try the below steps:

    • Right click on Start menu icon.
    • Select Control Panel.
    • Now select Windows Firewall.
    • Select "Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall" from left hand side pane.
    • Select the app which you want to allow.

    Hi,

    Let's try to resolve your concern. Follow the steps below on how you can add/allow Firewall exceptions on your device:

    • Search for Firewall using Cortana or the Search bar.
    • In the Windows Firewall window, choose
      Allow an app or feature through       Windows Firewall.
    • Click the Change Settings button, and then select the apps on your device that you want to allow or be exempted on the
      Firewall.
    • Click OK and then the Close button to close the
      Windows Firewall window.
