Windows 10: Almost all my files on my phone have disappeared after I finished setting up the Phone Link...

Hi, so this morning I finished setting up my Phone Link, and later it came to attention that except for my apps and accounts, almost all my files, photos and videos on my phone were GONE without a trace. So I thought maybe the files were transferred to my laptop. I tried to check and it says on the settings of the Phone Link app “transferred files will save to…...”. It first says to “Phone Link” folder in “Downloads”. I looked up and checked, and there wasn’t any folder named Phone Link in the first place. So I went back to settings in the Phone Link app and changed the folder to one that r

I found out about the problem when I ran games on the phone using Phone Link. Assuming that the PC is connected to the phone with Phone link On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Not available

However, on the PC if you run Bluetooth Audio Receiver and open a connection to the phone then On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Enabled

Hi,
While USB is connected, you may go to "Quick Settings Dropdown Menu" (on top of phone screen) and access (tap on) USB settings:

Select "File Transfers" and then you'll see your phone folders in Explorer.

P S: There must be a similar way for different Android versions.
