Windows 10: also voice control doesnt seem to be turn on..

my new hp envy voice control doesn't seem to be turned on and Cortona.... assistant is MIA..lol

How to turn off the voice control for windows 10

This can happen sometimes if you have accidentally clicked on Ease of Access button and turned it on while your computer is on the lock screen. Follow these steps to turn off the voice narrator on your computer:

• Open Control Panel.
• Then select Ease of Access.
• Under Ease of Access Center, click on Optimize visual display.
• Uncheck the box for Turn on Narrator, below the options for
  Hear text and descriptions read aloud.
• Click on the Apply button, then restart your PC.

This should resolve your concern, let us know if it works.

I would suggest you to run the run the inbuilt app troubleshooter.

Follow the steps:

  Press “Windows” + “X” and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting and select View all on left hand side of the screen.
  
• 
  Select the Windows Store App and follow the instruction to troubleshoot.

voice control stopped working

German voice control won't react. Signal tone comes, but no reaction to my voice. EN works. Happen after update. My phone Lumia 630 is not in the list. Shame on you!
