    I don't know how many people are stilling use a wphone but I guess this is the last place I can find a answer.

    I've got a lumia830.

    I think I bought it in 2016 and stopped using it in 2017 after I upgraded to win10 10.0.14977.1000. .


    Last week I picked up this phone again. There is a 10.0.15063.138 waiting to be downloaded.

    The download is ok. Then the preparation for installation is also ok.

    Then I press restart now.

    it restarts and goes to 2-gear on the screen with a progress bar under it.


    Now comes the issue. The progress bar just walked a little bit and the phone restarts itself.

    and I got a massage saying

    " we couldn't install this update"

    "make sure you use the correct date and time"


    but I checked the date and time and the region are all correct.

    I tried many times but still the same.

    I also adjusted the date before or after nowadays. It's still not working.

    I use wifi, not working.

    I use cellar data, not working.

    I change the region, not working.

    I install the WDRT, but it shows CANNOT recognize your phone.

    I cannot sign in Windows Store.


    Did anybody have the same issue?

    Windows 10 PC working with 14393 version; advised to upgrade to 15063 version; unable to upgrade due to recurring Error: 0 X 8007001f

    Tried using Windows Media Creation Tool - Confronted Error 0 X 80240fff - "Windows 10 won't update". Latest Updates are not getting downloaded. I am getting the Error 0 X 8007001f repeatedly, on using the Windows10Upgrade9252.exe" tool.

    Unable to upgrade to 15063 version with latest updates. Need assistance.

    Windows 10 pro cannot Update to version 15063.

    I would like to ask. I'm using windows 10 Pro with a version of 10240 but the current version now is 15063 and I can't upgrade to it directly. I also used Windows 10 Update assistant but still it isn't working. It keeps on downloading the version and when
    it reached to 100% it goes back to 0% and start downloading again. Pls help me to upgrade my windows
