Windows 10: Am unable to send E Mails: it says Mailbox is Full

E72- Unable to send e-mail from work mailbox

I am unable to send e-mails from my work e-mail through my E72 although it receives perfectly. I have been in contact with Nokia via e-mail for the last 2 weeks and they have sent several suggestions to solve the issue but nothing is working. I have set-up
my work e-mail on my husbands Blackberry with the same settings and can receive and send perfectly. From that I conclude there is no issue with the settings I have or my work e-mail but with

Nokia!! The latest 'help' I have received was to download a patch but I have no idea how to do this and get it onto my phone. So far Nokia have not replied to me.

Any suggestions how to get this to work would be greatly appreciated

What do you want to do exactly? Do you want to resetup the mailbox to your phone? Just do what you did when you first setup your mailbox. Now, if you are having problems setting it up, can you provide more detailed information like error messages?
For basic troubleshooting steps you can do these steps:

• Check your connection if it is active. (I recommend Wi-Fi since it is more stable).
  
• Reboot the phone.
• Restore factory settings (Soft reset) Menu > Ctrl. panel > Settings > Factory settings > Settings Only. (This will not delete any of your files.)
  

 

Unable to send e mails with attachments using outlook

Are you trying to send mail using outlook.com or the mail app?

What is the size of the attachment you are trying to send?

If you are using mail app then I would suggest you to follow the below step,

Run the Windows App Troubleshooter

I suggest you to download and run the app troubleshooter from the below link and check if it helps.

If you send an email that exceeds the maximum email size limit of the recipient’s email provider then the mail with attachment will stay in the mailbox.

For outlook.com and Hotmail the maximum email size limit is (10MB per file attachment).For Microsoft Outlook it is 20 MB.
