Windows 10: Amazon music windows firewall block

Discus and support Amazon music windows firewall block in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I was installing updates of Amazon Music and I got that windows.     Amazon hasn't developed a windows phone app that supports or enables Amazon Prime Music streaming music so unless and until they do, there's no way to stream this kind of music to a windows phone.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the reply, but unfortunately none of the steps have been successful. Windows Media Player and Groove still remain unable to play anything, but Amazon Music Player and VLC can. I have tried disabling the firewall temporarily whilst I ran the
    programs just in case there was a conflict there, but again, the result is the same.

    There also appears to be no way to uninstall and then reinstall the Groove Music app. Are there any settings within Windows 10 that are required to be enabled for these programs to function properly and fully?
