    Amazon prime video streaming problem in Chrome on Surface pro6


    I find a very choppy quality when trying to stream on amazon prime video in Chrome on my new surface pro 6 with windows 10. I have ensured Adobe flash is enabled. It worked just fine on my previous surface pro 2017. Help appreciated

    Since upgrading to 10, I get error code 7135 when I try to stream from Amazon Prime using Edge or IE. Other videos, ie. from Xfinity, YouTube, etc., work. I
    can stream using Firefox. I have an HP Pavilion dm4 Notebook.

    I can't download amazon prime video because it is not located in my store app. This also means i cannot download from the microsoft website. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?
