Windows 10: AMD driver Problem

I have installed Windows 10. I get the following message:

"No AMD graphics driver installed or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please instal the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware."

I have been to the AMD website, run auto detect and 'run' to install the appropriate driver. I've restarted my laptop but still get the message quoted above.

Can anyone tell me how I can remedy this, please?

I have updated from windows 7 to windows 10, seems ok except for amd driver. I keep getting a message amd driver stopped working but has recovered. Is there a fix for this?

Usually when you install Windows 10 all the drivers for the hardware gets installed with the operating system files. If you are facing any issues with the drivers installation, then I would suggest you to go to the device manager and right click on the device
so that you will have the option to upgrade the drivers. If you are still facing the issue, then you can download the drivers for that particular hardware from the manufacturers website and install in compatibility mode. Also check with the computer manufacturer
to see if there are any updated drivers for Windows 10.

I had this too and it appears that the driver auto installed later on.

 

I have the same problem but in addition my HP is heating up very seriously. What can be a reason for this?
