Windows 10: AMD radeon disabled code 22

My school laptop, where i dont have administrator right, just randomly restarted like there was a windows update, when it was done, i couldnt change the brightness and my gpu says that its disabled in peripherics manager, and since i dont have any admin right i cant try to update my drivers or enable it, any advice to make it work back ?Ps : i dont know if this can help, but i was playing minecraft the moment it shut down, and my graphics card is a amd radeon 3015e

After following these steps

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type “devmgmt.msc” and hit Enter.
• Click on View Tab, Select Show hidden devices.
• Click on Scan for Hardware changes.
• Check if any unknown devices show up and expand the Display Adapters listed in the device list.
• If the Display device is listed, right click on it >click Properties.
• In General tab, under device status check for the message. Post back if there is any error message.

i found AMD RADEON R7 M265 in display adapters but when i was search AMD in windows ,i was not found further when i click right button of touch pad for refresh also not found AMD Graphics catalyst.also i not found any AMD driver in control pannel installed
programm list...why?

The brightness slider in settings and in the notification center have both disappeared, and the keyboard shortcuts fn+f6 and fn+f7 are not doing anything. There is no option to add the brightness slider in the notification center. In device manager, the AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics is disabled (code 22). Its driver date is August 30th, 2022, and its driver version is 31.0.12028.2. I also no longer have the option to put my computer in sleep mode from the Windows start button, only to shut down or restart. Also, when I close the lid of my computer, it shuts down instead of going into sleep mode.

I have feature update Windows 10, version 21H2, and my latest quality update is KB5022282. I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3000.

This started when my computer suddenly turned itself off. I turned it back on by holding the power button, and when it started up, everything was zoomed in, and it was stuck at full brightness. I was able to zoom out to the normal amount, but the brightness is unable to be changed now.

I tried to add screenshots to this post, but it says "file(s) failed to upload" when I use the Insert Image button.
