Windows 10: AMD UI Won't Install 1709,1809,19H1/ Ryzen Quad Core

Discus and support AMD UI Won't Install 1709,1809,19H1/ Ryzen Quad Core in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I tried almost everything, but the AMD UI won't install on 1709,1809 and 19H1.     AMD UI Won't Install 1709,1809,19H1/ Ryzen Quad Core


    I tried almost everything, but the AMD UI won't install on 1709,1809 and 19H1. Out of 30 fresh install, I've seen the RadeonSettings.exe only ounce (18312 or 17). Searching Radeon on C: returns no result.
    If I don't install the Lenovo driver ( r0uru03w.exe) before enabling Internet, it ends in a no end loop with a brightness issue and all kinds of error messages. We also have a brightness issue in Linux and many more robust issues:

    The machine is not compatible with Linux ISO images, boot line must be tweaked with iommu=soft to boot them. We have no network under Kernel 4.18.20, brightness level is at zero after a fresh install for all Ubuntu's except Tumbleweed. It took a big 5 weeks to find solutions.

    One bug remains and it is under Win 10, if the AMD UI is not there, all Linux images are introducing a brightness bug in Ten. Also, the amount of drivers in WU varies from 8 to 18. Born date of our new testing machine is Dec 7th and we still don't know how many drivers that we should have.

    18323.1000 Vanilla. It is not on board and the only way to get the Lenovo driver (AMD UI) to work is by disabling Secure Boot.

    Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
    i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
