Windows 10: An App default was reset - 1903/1909

Currently using MDT to just deploy a source copy of Windows 10 Enterprise 1903 or 1909 without anything special or customization done to the image. When I install software during the LTI process such as Google Chrome you receive the error message 'an app default was reset... etc' You receive this error every time a new domain user logs into that particular machine. I followed Microsoft's suggested method which is to use an XML file at login to set the defaults and I have been unsuccessful at getting that to work, nor do I know if tried to because nothing is in error or warning in the Event Viewer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Will a complete Update be available ? Do You have any idea about the reported errors of 1909 in the startup and the security options ?

While there is no official release date, it is expected that version 1909, will be released approx. on Patch Tuesday in October (2nd Tuesday of October)

If you are already running, that will be downloaded automatically as a cumulative update to version 1903, rather than as a full Feature Update . . .

Otherwise, the release of 1909 will be similar to the 1903 release, it will be a stepped release to compatible devices first . . .etc.

No you do not need to update to 1809 - 1903 if you are currently on version 1803, then version 1909 will appear in the list of updates and will automatically be installed on your PC since 1803 has run out of support

You do not need to do anything, 1909 is currently spreading around the world, just give it time to appear in the list of pending updates . . .
