Windows 10: an experience about encoding

Recently encoding has many kinds.Usually it is ANSI, UTF-8, UTF-16LE.But sometimes UTF-8 with BOM, UTF-16BE, UTF-32. The "clever" Excel, Edge browser, File Explorer, or so display those different data as one correct character.I cannot tell which is which, and encountered puzzling error message: there is no such file.The trouble occurred when I copy & paste the file name. A sample is shown below.In this sample, the erroneous string is obvious, and I hope so in most error messages.

Shared Experiences allow you to start a task on one device and finish it on another, or easily set up a remote control or other companion apps on a smartphone. If you don’t want to use the feature, we suggest that you disable it. Kindly follow these steps
below:

• Click
  Start.
• Select
  Settings.
• Click
  System.
• Select the Shared experiences link on the left-hand side. Here you will see a switch that lets you toggle the Share across devices feature to the On or Off position.
• Enable it then restart your computer.
• Go again to Shared Experiences in Settings app, and disable it completely.

Batch encoding using Handbrake

So I am trying to use Handbreak encoder to encode an enormous amount of videos , but the problem is I need to set all loaded files to a certain global encoding setting , yet the problem I face is that settings apply to only first file loaded , another problem is that whenever I run the queue (batch) it just keeps encoding first file only .

So what are the right steps to what i am trying to achieve ? Like how do i convince it for example to encode multiple files to a specific resolution , filter and bite rates and work on all queue ?

You may be getting the error because the program is not compatible with your current operating system. We suggest checking if there will be a difference if you run the software in compatibility with the Windows version it is suited to. Follow these steps:

• Right-click on the icon for Expression Encoder 4.
• Choose Properties.
• Go to the Compatibility tab.
• Under Compatibility mode, check the box where it says
  Run this program in compatibility mode for.
• Select Windows 7 as the operating system.
• Click Apply then OK.
