Windows 10: An issue with my computer is blocking the VAC system

Ever since I've moved my Steam folder to an external hard drive, I've been having all sorts of problems with the VAC system. Whenever I try to play online, I'm almost immediately automatically kicked with a warning that an issue with my computer is blocking the VAC system and cannot play on secure servers. I have since then tried repairing the drive using the built in Windows tool, used the bcdedit command, used Steam Service to repair the application, a few other things that I can't recall right now. I've also contacted Steam about this, and they say it's an issue with my Windows PC and not Steam. Any help is much appreciated, thanks!

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps:

• Log in to https://familysafety.microsoft.com/ using your Microsoft Email account.
• Find the user that is correspond to the computer account on the Windows that you are having issue with.
• Click on "App Restrictions".
• Under App Restrictions, click on "App list".
• Here, you can Allow or Block the Apps/Games that you want.

VAC Status

Err dude you can still play, but not on VAC servers. BUT. You are disgraceful for using cheats *Smile . Only way to get around VAC is to make a new account, and buy the games again *Stick Out Tongue , AND NOT CHEAT.
